We're excited to announce that ExpenseIn has successfully achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification this month!
What is Cyber Essentials Plus?
Cyber Essentials is a UK Government-backed scheme developed by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) to help organisations protect themselves against common cyber threats.
By achieving Cyber Essentials Plus, the highest level of certification under this scheme, we've demonstrated that our cybersecurity measures meet the highest standards.
This certification includes an independent assessment by a security expert, ensuring our cybersecurity practices are thoroughly tested and verified. This provides an extra layer of assurance to our clients that we're committed to maintaining robust and effective cybersecurity measures.
How We Did It
To earn this certification, we demonstrated our cybersecurity across five key areas:
Firewalls
Security configuration
Security update management
User access control
Malware protection
Our comprehensive assessment was conducted by URM Consulting Services, an accredited certification body.
"ExpenseIn have been a client of ours for a number of years and I have been personally dealing with them now for a year. It is fantastic to see them achieve CE Plus. The ExpenseIn team were extremely helpful throughout and ensured the assessment went smoothly and from a security point of view we couldn’t be more satisfied. We look forward on supporting them in years to come."
